Andrea Kleiner appointed Head of Corporate Clients at Baloise

Baloise Holding AG has announced the appointment of Andrea Kleiner as Head of Corporate Clients Switzerland, effective 1 April 2025. Kleiner will succeed Patric Olivier Zbinden, who will now head Customer Service. Kleiner has extensive experience in the insurance sector and has held various key positions, including at Swiss Life and Mobiliar.

A graduate in biochemistry from ETH Zurich, Kleiner also holds an MBA from Cornell University and completed training in insurance management at St. Gallen and Harvard. Her career began in consulting at Accenture and Boston Consulting Group before joining leading insurance companies.

At Baloise, Kleiner will play a crucial role in digital transformation and process optimization, key elements of the company's growth strategy. According to Clemens Markstein, CEO of Baloise in Switzerland, she brings strategic vision and essential skills to strengthen the company's positioning.
