Annual General Meeting of LEM Holding Approves All Proposals

Geneva, 28 June 2024 – LEM Holding SA, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange as LEHN, convened its Annual General Meeting at the HP/Hive Innovation Lab in Meyrin, Geneva. A substantial 83.63% of the voting share capital was represented.

All resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved by a strong majority. Notably, a gross dividend of CHF 50.00 per share will be distributed on 4 July 2024, with a net amount of CHF 32.50 after Swiss withholding tax.

Ilan Cohen, François Gabella, Andreas Hürlimann, Ulrich Looser, Ueli Wampfler, and Werner Weber were re-elected to the Board for another term. Dr. Libo Zhang was elected as a new board member and Andreas Hürlimann as Chairman. The Nomination & Compensation Committee members were also re-elected.

Shareholders approved the compensation for the Board and Executive Management, as well as consultative votes on the compensation report and non-financial matters. The AGM minutes and voting results will be available on LEM’s website.

The next AGM is scheduled for 26 June 2025.
