Antin Infrastructure Partners Enters Negotiations to Acquire Belambra
Antin Infrastructure Partners is negotiating with CARAVELLE to acquire Belambra, a prominent French leisure infrastructure operator. This investment, through Antin's Mid Cap Fund I, would mark their ninth venture. Belambra, established in 1959, manages holiday clubs offering comprehensive services.
Belambra's strong infrastructure and prime locations are key attractions. It focuses on domestic tourism and holds a significant market position. Recent growth under CEO Alexis Gardy's leadership has been substantial, with 2025 revenue reaching €254 million.
Antin plans to boost Belambra's growth by expanding asset ownership and opening new sites. This aligns with their strategy for established infrastructure in Europe and North America.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and expected to conclude in June 2026.
