On September 30, 2026, Aperam announced a notification of a share transaction by a designated person, in accordance with Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse. This notification is available in the electronic database of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
A shareholder informed Aperam that the pledging of these shares is part of a normal financing process. This does not affect the strategic nature of the stake in the trust entity, whose beneficiaries include Mr. Lakshmi N. Mittal and his family.
