Apex Critical Metals Corp. Launches $1.6 Million Private Placement
Apex Critical Metals Corp., a Canadian exploration company, announced its plan for a private placement offering to raise up to $1.6 million. The company aims to sell up to 800,000 flow-through units at $2.00 each. Each unit includes one common share and one purchase warrant, allowing the acquisition of additional shares at $2.50 each for two years.
Proceeds will be dedicated to Canadian exploration expenses at the Cap Property in British Columbia, aiming for completion by December 31, 2026. The placement is subject to a hold period of four months and will adhere to Canadian Securities Exchange approvals, aiming for a closing date around September 30, 2025.
The funds will support exploration of rare earth elements and niobium deposits, expanding Apex's portfolio of carbonatite projects. This initiative reflects Apex's strategy to address the global demand for specialty metals.
