Appointment of a provisional administrator at GAUSSIN
GAUSSIN, leader in transport and logistics solutions, announced the appointment of SELARL AJRS, represented by Me Philippe Jeannerot, as provisional administrator. This decision of the Vesoul Commercial Court dates from May 30, 2024.
This appointment follows a request from Me Charles-Henri Carboni, judicial administrator, and Christophe Gaussin, President and Managing Director. It responds to the governance dysfunctions previously mentioned by the company.
Me Jeannerot will exercise his functions until June 18, 2024, the date of the General Meeting. His mandate can be renewed if necessary. He has full powers to manage and administer the company.
The Commercial Court also modified Me Carboni's supervisory mission to better protect the interests of GAUSSIN from May 28, 2024.
