Appointment of a provisional administrator at GAUSSIN

The GAUSSIN company, specialized in innovative transport and logistics solutions, announces the appointment of SELARL AJRS by the Vesoul Commercial Court as provisional administrator. Represented by Me Philippe Jeannerot, the structure will intervene following a joint request from the judicial administrator Me Charles-Henri Carboni and Christophe Gaussin, President and Managing Director.

This decision responds to governance dysfunctions previously reported by the company. Me Jeannerot's mandate is effective until June 18, the date of the General Meeting, and could be renewed if necessary. He has full powers to administer GAUSSIN and make useful decisions.

Furthermore, the Court modified Me Carboni's supervisory mission, strengthening his powers to guarantee the smooth running of the observation period and finalize the company's safeguard plan.
