Approval of the prospectus Participatory Securities No. 24-405
Foncière solidaire Les 3 Colonnes has announced that its prospectus relating to an offer of participating securities has been approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on September 19, 2024 under number 24-405.
This validation marks an important step for the public offering of participating securities, for a total amount of 20 million euros. The subscription period extends from September 20, 2024 to January 6, 2025, and settlement and delivery is scheduled for January 9, 2025.
