Aputure Unveils the STORM 1200x Workhorse Do-It-All Light With New BLAIR Light Engine

Aputure, known for its LED lighting for filmmakers, has launched the STORM 1200x, the first light in its new STORM product line. The standout feature is the BLAIR light engine, incorporating five colors (Blue/Lime/Amber/Indigo/Red) that produce a high-quality full-spectrum white light. It boasts an ultra-wide CCT range (2500-10,000K) and extreme color-accurate dimming with adjustable +/- Green control. The STORM 1200x aims to set a new industry benchmark for film lighting, offering connectivity options like CRMX, DMX, and Bluetooth.

The STORM 1200x comes with a ProLock Locking Bowens mount, allowing for various lighting modifications. Its IP65 weather rating ensures usage in extreme conditions.
