Governance Changes at Aramis Group
On May 19, 2025, the Board of Directors at Aramis Group announced significant changes in its governance structure. Anne Abboud has been co-opted as a new Director representing Stellantis, following the retirement of Linda Jackson. Abboud's term will extend until the Annual General Meeting post-September 2028 financials. Her appointment is pending ratification at the next Ordinary General Meeting.
Additionally, a role rotation will occur among the company's leadership. On June 8, 2025, Nicolas Chartier will transition to the roles of Chairman of the Board and CEO. Consequently, Guillaume Paoli will assume the position of Deputy CEO. This shift follows the governance model established during the IPO.
The Board remains diverse with nine members, including representatives from Stellantis and independent directors, ensuring strategic and operational excellence.
