Aramis Group: Number of shares and voting rights as of April 7, 2025

On April 9, 2025, Aramis Group announced the composition of its share capital as of April 7, 2025. The company has a total of 82,856,671 shares. These shares represent a theoretical total of 148,939,895 voting rights.

At the general meeting, only 148,347,623 voting rights are exercisable. The difference lies in the shares deprived of voting rights, particularly treasury shares.
