Arbonia Sells “Zelgstrasse” Site in Arbon to HRS Group for CHF 34 Million

Arbonia AG has divested its 35,000 m² site in Zelgstrasse, Arbon, to a subsidiary of HRS Group, AFG Immobilien AG, for over CHF 34 million. The transaction was notarized on 19 June 2024.

Located near Lake Constance, the site was previously used by Forster Kühltechnik AG for refrigerator production. It is currently fully leased to a third party. This sale is aligned with Arbonia's strategy to reduce non-operational real estate holdings.

The deal will result in a positive EBITDA contribution of approximately CHF 28 million. After tax deductions, this will positively impact Arbonia's consolidated net income for the first half of 2024. This follows Arbonia’s recent focus on doors business and acquisitions of Dimoldura and Lignis.
