Arkema Announces Share Buyback Transactions for August 2024
From 12 August to 16 August 2024, Arkema conducted a series of share buyback transactions, in line with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. The company acquired a total of 16,658 shares over this period.
The transactions were executed as follows: on 12 August, 2,272 shares were bought at an average price of 78.5120 EUR; on 13 August, 4,544 shares at 77.3210 EUR; on 14 August, 5,298 shares at 77.5926 EUR; on 15 August, 2,272 shares at 78.3421 EUR; and on 16 August, 2,272 shares at 79.5513 EUR.
The weighted average price for the entire buyback period was 78.0133 EUR per share. Further details can be accessed on Arkema's investor relations website.
