Arkema Announces Share Buyback Transactions for Early August 2024
Colombes-based chemical company Arkema disclosed its recent trading activities in its own shares from August 5 to August 9, 2024. In line with EU regulations, Arkema detailed its buyback transactions according to Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
During this period, Arkema repurchased a total of 11,360 shares, with daily volumes of 2,272 shares. The weighted average acquisition prices ranged from €77.9278 to €79.6849 per share. The transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
