Arkema Discloses Recent Share Buyback Transactions
Colombes, 3 September 2024 - Arkema has announced the completion of share buyback operations between August 26 and August 28, 2024, in compliance with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
The details of the transactions are as follows:
On August 26, 2024, Arkema repurchased 2,272 shares at a weighted average price of €81.4535. The transaction took place on the XPAR market. On August 27, 2024, another 2,272 shares were bought back at a weighted average price of €82.0272, also on the XPAR market. Finally, on August 28, 2024, Arkema acquired 1,534 shares at a weighted average price of €81.7840, on the same market.
The total volume for these transactions amounted to 6,078 shares at an average price of €81.7514.
