Arkema Announces Share Buyback Transactions
Arkema has disclosed details of its recent share buyback activities conducted between July 7 and July 11, 2025. The transactions adhere to Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. These operations involved multiple purchases on the XPAR market.
On July 7, Arkema acquired 7,000 shares at a weighted average price of €61.6250 each. The next day, 4,000 shares were bought at €61.9724 per share. On July 9, another 4,000 shares were obtained at a higher average price of €64.7052 per share. Activity on July 10 involved the acquisition of 1,655 shares at €64.8639 each. Finally, on July 11, Arkema purchased 5,000 shares at €64.1135 each. Overall, Arkema bought a total of 21,655 shares with an average acquisition price of €63.0802.
