Arkema Announces Update on Shares and Voting Rights

Arkema released an update on February 3, 2025, regarding its shares and voting rights. This announcement replaces the previous one from January 9, correcting material errors related to voting rights. The update is in line with article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of December 31, 2024, Arkema reported having a total of 76,060,831 shares. The total number of voting rights, including those held by the company, stands at 95,137,271. Excluding the shares held by the company, the total voting rights amount to 94,880,111, a correction from the previous announcement.
