Arkema Conducts Share Buyback Transactions
Arkema, following applicable regulations, has disclosed details of its recent share buyback activities. The transactions were conducted between 14 July and 17 July 2025. During this period, Arkema repurchased a total of 11,686 shares.
On 14 July, Arkema bought back 3,000 shares at a weighted average price of €63.4062. The following day, 3,500 shares were acquired at €64.3507 each. The buyback continued with 3,686 shares on 16 July at €62.5561, and on 17 July, 1,500 shares at €62.8386.
The weighted average price for the total share repurchase was €63.3481. These transactions were executed on XPAR, identified by the financial instrument code FR0010313833 and the issuer identifier code 9695000EHMS84KKP2785.
