Arkema: Declaration of the Number of Shares and Voting Rights
On August 28, 2026, Arkema published its annual statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. As of July 31, 2026, the total number of shares comprising the company's share capital was 76,060,831.
The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, was 95,384,911. After deducting treasury shares, the actual number of voting rights was 94,962,265.
