Arkema: Declaration of Voting Rights as of June 30, 2025
On July 25, 2025, Arkema communicated regulated information concerning its voting rights and shares in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
As of June 30, 2025, Arkema's share capital consists of 76,060,831 shares. These shares represent a theoretical number of voting rights of 95,125,535, including treasury shares.
After deduction of treasury shares, the actual number of voting rights amounts to 94,490,055. This statement clarifies the distribution of voting rights within the company, in accordance with current legal requirements.
