Arkema's Share Buyback Activity Announced
Arkema disclosed details of its recent share buyback transactions conducted from February 10 to February 14, 2025. The company executed these transactions in accordance with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Over these five days, Arkema repurchased a total of 17,500 shares.
The daily transaction volumes were consistent, with 3,500 shares bought each day. The weighted average prices varied slightly, starting at €80.0117 on February 10 and increasing to €83.9606 by February 14. The total average price for the shares acquired was €81.1574.
