BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold in ARKEMA
In a statement received on April 24, 2025, BlackRock Inc. announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of ARKEMA's capital downwards on April 23, 2025. The company now holds 3,738,905 shares representing 4.92% of the capital and 3.93% of the voting rights of ARKEMA. This decrease results from the sale of shares on the market and a reduction in shares held as collateral.
