BlackRock exceeds the 5% threshold in Arkema

On June 23, 2025, BlackRock Inc. filed a disclosure statement following the crossing of the 5% threshold in Arkema's share capital. Acting on behalf of its clients and funds, BlackRock now holds 5.01% of Arkema's share capital, or 3,809,947 shares, representing 4.01% of the voting rights. This threshold was crossed on June 20, 2025, through the acquisition of shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock has certain discretion over voting rights, unless otherwise advised by its clients. This transaction strengthens BlackRock's position in Arkema, a company listed on Euronext Paris.
