BlackRock reduces its stake in ARKEMA
On February 26, 2025, BlackRock Inc., a New York-based investment manager, reduced its stake in ARKEMA below the 5% threshold. This decision was confirmed by a letter received on February 27. BlackRock now holds 4.81% of the capital, or 3,658,043 shares, also representing 3.85% of the company's voting rights.
This decrease results from the off-market sale of ARKEMA shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock has exercised its discretionary power over these voting rights, unless clients request to retain control of the rights.
