Aroundtown SA Elects Not to Redeem Perpetual Notes

Aroundtown SA has announced its decision not to exercise the option to voluntarily redeem its perpetual notes. The 3.375% perpetual notes, with a nominal outstanding amount of €156.3 million, and the 2.875% perpetual notes, with €61.8 million outstanding, will remain active beyond their initial call dates in December 2024 and January 2025, respectively. This decision comes after successful exchange and tender offers earlier in the year.

The perpetual notes will maintain their status as 100% equity for IFRS reporting and financial covenant calculations tied to the company's senior bonds. This strategic move reflects the company's current financial position and forecasts.
