Arras Minerals Commences KGK Drilling on Its Tay Exploration License, Kazakhstan

Vancouver, BC, July 15, 2024 - Arras Minerals Corp. (TSX-V:ARK) has initiated a 100-hole, 5,000-metre KGK drill program on its Tay exploration license in Kazakhstan. The project targets a 6.5 km x 2.1 km buried chargeability anomaly identified by a historical Soviet IP survey.

The objective of the KGK program is to sample the top of the bedrock and assess the geology and the chargeability high on the Tay License. Should the drilling confirm a buried hydrothermal system, a follow-up diamond drill program is scheduled for later in the year. The Tay License is situated 28 km north of Kaz Mineral's Bozshakol mine, a major copper-gold operation.

Spetsburmash LLC is conducting the drilling with two URB-2A2-KGK-100 rigs. The program is expected to conclude by mid-August. The Tay project spans 118 square kilometers in northeastern Kazakhstan and is part of the Bozshakol-Chingiz magmatic arc.
