Arras Minerals Initiates Heli-TEM Geophysical Survey in Kazakhstan

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 22, 2024 / Arras Minerals Corp. (TSX-V:ARK)(OTCQB:ARRKF) has commenced its planned 3,381 km airborne Heli-TEM survey at its Bozshakol group of licenses in Kazakhstan. This project forms part of the Teck-Arras Strategic Exploration Alliance and is located close to the operating Bozshakol copper mine.

The Heli-TEM survey will cover the entire 1,397 square-kilometer Bozshakol project. Survey lines will be flown in a northwest-southeast direction, spaced approximately 500 meters apart. The survey aims to provide critical data for exploration, addressing challenges posed by shallow overburden that has impeded geological mapping and sampling in the area.

Future work will include an evaluation of the survey data and follow-up ground-based geophysics, trenching, and diamond drilling. The goal is to identify additional porphyry deposits adjacent to the large-scale Bozshakol copper mine.

The Bozshakol Project, consisting of seven licenses over approximately 1,400 square kilometers, is part of the Bozshakol-Chingis magmatic arc, an area with significant mineral potential.
