Arrow Waste, Backed by Carr's Hill Partners, Acquires B Green Services
Atlanta-based waste hauling provider, Arrow Waste, with the support of Carr's Hill Capital Partners Management, has acquired B Green Services, a Mableton, Georgia-based waste hauler. Founded in 2009, B Green offers waste solutions to residential and commercial customers in the Atlanta metropolitan area and has shown rapid growth in recent years.
B Green's Junk and Valet Trash Services will continue under its brand, while its Waste Hauling services will be rebranded as Arrow Waste. This acquisition solidifies Arrow's position as a diverse full-service solid waste hauler, enhancing operational efficiencies and service quality.
Arrow Waste CEO Justin Vetsch praises B Green as a complementary addition, maintaining exceptional service for its customers. Tyler Houin, Principal at CHP, highlights the acquisition as a strategic move to diversify Arrow's services in the waste value chain.
