Arverne Group Appoints Manoelle Lepoutre-Saint-M'leux to Board

On December 10th, 2024, Arverne Group, a French company in renewable underground resources, announced the appointment of Manoelle Lepoutre-Saint-M’leux to its Board of Directors. She will represent Arosco, a major shareholder. This appointment aims to strengthen governance with experts aiding company development. Lepoutre-Saint-M'leux, already President of the Mission Committee, brings a vast energy sector experience, especially in geosciences.

Her esteemed career at TotalEnergies included roles that spanned prospecting, R&D, and geosciences leadership. She later oversaw corporate functions in sustainability, human resources, and CSR, alongside board positions in multiple entities. Lepoutre-Saint-M'leux is a graduate of the École Nationale de Géologie de Nancy and the École Nationale Supérieure des Pétroles et des Moteurs.
