CALGARY, AB / ACCESSWIRE / May 24, 2024 / Asia Green Biotechnology Corp. ("Asia Green" or the "Company") (CSE:ASIA) has announced the filing of several continuous disclosure documents on SEDAR. These include the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, Management Discussion & Analysis for the same period, and CEO and CFO certificates.
The filings comply with the requirements of National Instrument 51-102 and National Instrument 52-109. The Company anticipates that the Management Cease Trade Order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on May 8, 2024, will be lifted following these filings.
Additionally, Asia Green Biotechnology Corp. announced the resignation of Vincent Ghazar from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Director. Mr. Ghazar will continue to provide consultancy services to the Company in the near term.
