AST GROUPE: Result of the creditors' vote on the draft safeguard plan
The company AST GROUPE submitted its draft safeguard plan to the Commercial Court on June 19, 2024. The vote of creditors, held from July 5 to 19, 2024, did not make it possible to obtain the required majority.
The judicial administrators informed AST GROUPE that the project cannot be examined by the Commercial Court. This accelerated safeguard procedure only concerned financial institutions, guarantors (CGI BAT, AXA and CEGC), public creditors and founding shareholders.
AST GROUPE thanked its guarantors, AXA and CEGC, who supported the project by voting in favor. The Group regrets the result of the vote and is preparing its next actions in consultation with its advisors and the procedural bodies.
The AST GROUPE share price quotation remains suspended pending a future press release.
