EVP Peter Schneider Steps Down from AT&S Board
Peter Schneider, Deputy CEO and EVP of AT&S's Business Unit Electronics Solutions, will leave the AT&S Executive Board on September 30, 2025. The Supervisory Board has approved the termination of his contract, expressing gratitude for his contributions.
Schneider joined AT&S in 2020 as Global Sales Director and joined the Executive Board in 2021 as Chief Sales Officer. He later became Deputy CEO, overseeing various departments including Investor Relations and Electronics Solutions. Following the CEO's departure in 2024, he also took on the role of Spokesman of the Executive Board.
Chairman Andy Mattes and CEO Michael Mertin acknowledged Schneider's achievements. Mertin will temporarily manage the Business Unit Electronics Solutions after Schneider's departure.
