AT&S CEO Andreas Gerstenmayer Resigns from Executive Board

Leoben – Andreas Gerstenmayer, CEO of AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG, has reached an agreement with the Nomination Committee to resign from the Executive Board effective September 30, 2024. This decision was disclosed in accordance with Article 17 MAR of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.

AT&S is a global leader in producing high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards. The company focuses on key business segments, including IC Substrates, Mobile Devices, Automotive & Aerospace, Industrial, and Medical. AT&S operates globally, with production sites in Austria and plants in India, China, and Korea. Additionally, they are establishing a new production site in Malaysia and a European competence centre in Leoben.
