Aubay, a digital services company, has published details of transactions in its own shares carried out between 12 and 16 August 2024 as part of its share buyback programme. Aggregated information by day and by market is available on the company's website.
On August 13, 2024, Aubay acquired a total of 1,059 shares spread across the XPAR, DXE and TQE markets at prices ranging from €35.3000 to €35.4177 per share. On August 14, 2024, 1,358 shares were purchased on the XPAR, DXE, TQE and AQE markets, with prices ranging from €35.5500 to €35.7500 per share. On August 15, 2024, 738 shares were repurchased on XPAR and AQE, at prices ranging from €35.4000 to €35.4500 per share. Finally, on August 16, 2024, 446 shares were acquired on the XPAR market at a price of €35.8500 per share.
