Aubay: Summary of Transactions on Own Shares from November 18 to 22, 2024

From 18 to 22 November 2024, Aubay carried out several transactions as part of its share buyback programme. The transactions took place on different markets with varying volumes and acquisition prices. On 18 November, on the XPAR market, 2,129 shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 45.1639. On the same day, 567 shares were purchased on the DXE market for an average of EUR 45.1913. Further transactions took place on the following days, including 2,085 shares on 19 November on XPAR at a price of EUR 45.0607. The programme continued until 22 November, with 2,058 shares purchased at a price of EUR 45.1138 on XPAR.

Transactions were also carried out on the AQE, TQE and DXE markets. In total, several thousand shares were repurchased on these various markets. The prices of these transactions varied around the 45 euro mark, thus laying a solid foundation for Aubay's repurchase program.
