AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG Announces New Management Board Appointment

Following the resignation of Mr. Nikolaos Lykos, the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Mohamed Chemloul as the fifth member of the Management Board, effective July 15, 2025.
