Availability of the 2023 universal registration document by Eiffage

Eiffage, a company specializing in construction and concessions, announced the filing of its universal registration document for the year 2023 with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 2, 2024. This document is accessible to the public on the official website of the company as well as that of the AMF. Interested parties can also obtain it directly from Eiffage head office.

The document in question brings together several key elements: the 2023 annual financial report, including the management report, the consolidated and corporate accounts as of December 31, 2023 accompanied by their annexes, and the reports of the statutory auditors.
