Avril takes over the activities of METEX NØØVISTAGO and METabolic EXplorer
The Paris Commercial Court has appointed Avril as buyer of the activities of METEX NØØVISTAGO and certain activities of METabolic EXplorer. This decision follows the opening of judicial recovery procedures for these entities in March and June 2024.
The sale plan proposed by Avril includes the participation of Bpifrance, as well as the support of the Hauts-de-France Region and Amiens Métropole. However, METabolic EXplorer shares will be delisted from Euronext, rendering their value zero.
Investors should note that the sale proceeds will not allow payments to shareholders, due to the group's significant liabilities.
