AXA Announces Placement of €750 Million Senior Notes Due 2034
Paris, May 29, 2024 – AXA has announced the placement of €750 million of Reg S senior unsecured notes due 2034. The settlement of these notes is scheduled for May 31, 2024.
The notes will carry a fixed annual coupon of 3.375% and are expected to receive ratings of A+ from Standard & Poor's and A1 from Moody's. This issue forms part of AXA Group's 2024 funding plan and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing part of the group's existing debt. AXA plans to maintain a stable debt level from 2024 to 2026.
