On May 31, 2024, AXA's share capital consisted of 2,271,272,203 shares with a total of 2,729,841,798 voting rights. This information is in compliance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

According to AXA’s bylaws, any entity or individual holding directly or indirectly 0.5% or more of the share capital or voting rights must notify AXA within five days. This requirement includes any additional crossings of the 0.5% threshold, upward or downward.
