AXA Modifie Son Programme de Rachat d'Actions
AXA a annoncé avoir amendé son accord de rachat d'actions initial, en augmentant le montant maximum de rachat de 0,2 milliard d'euros, portant ainsi le total à 1,8 milliard d'euros. L'amendement, effectif depuis le 23 février 2024, prolonge également la période d'achat à fin août 2024.
Cette modification fait suite à un accord de réassurance conclu par AXA Life Europe, augmentant ainsi ses rachats d'actions pour éviter la dilution des parts. Les acquisitions se feront à un prix basé sur le cours moyen pondéré par les volumes des actions et toutes les actions rachetées seront annulées.
