AXA updates the number of its voting rights and shares as of March 31, 2024

AXA, the Paris-based insurance company, has officially communicated on the update of its share capital as well as the total number of voting rights. According to the information disclosed on April 12, 2024, the company's capital amounts to 5,198,732,365.74 euros, divided into 2,270,758,457 shares. This update also reveals a total of 2,730,079,436 voting rights.

The declaration complies with the company's obligations under article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. It is important to note that the calculation of voting rights takes into account all shares with voting rights, including those which are deprived of them, in accordance with article 223-11.

AXA also reminds its shareholders and investors of the rules for declaring threshold crossings. Any person owning, directly or indirectly, 0.5% or more of the capital or voting rights must declare this possession within five days. This requirement applies to each move above or below thresholds of 0.5%.
