AXA: Voting Rights and Shares Update as of June 30, 2024

AXA, registered at 25, avenue Matignon in Paris, has disclosed updated figures for its share capital and voting rights. As of June 30, 2024, AXA's share capital amounted to €5,198,732,365.74.

The total number of shares making up the share capital stood at 2,271,503,238. These shares correspond to a total of 2,724,985,483 voting rights, calculated in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

AXA operates in Compartment A of the regulated market (Euronext Paris). The bylaws mandate that any individual or entity acquiring a number of shares or voting rights equal to 0.5% of the company's capital must notify AXA within five days.
