Axcap Ventures Extends Payment Deadline with Waterton
On August 12, 2025, Vancouver-based Axcap Ventures Inc. announced an extension to the milestone payment deadline with Waterton Nevada Splitter LLC. Initially set for July 15, 2025, the new deadline is now September 30, 2025. This extension follows the original agreement dated July 15, 2024, between Converse Acquisition Company and Waterton.
As part of the agreement, Axcap Ventures will issue 1,550,000 of its common shares to Waterton. These shares will be subject to a hold period, expiring four months and a day after issuance.
Axcap Ventures is active in consolidating undervalued resources in the U.S. and Canada. The company aims to ready a portfolio of gold assets for the next market cycle.
