Axway Software annonce les transactions sur actions propres

Paris, 12 juillet 2024 - Axway Software SA, dans le cadre de son programme de rachat d’actions autorisé par l’Assemblée Générale du 16 mai 2024, a révélé les transactions effectuées entre le 24 et le 28 juin 2024.

Durant cette période, Axway a acheté un total de 8 902 actions pour un montant global de 231 191 euros.
