Banque Palatine introduces Palatine Avenir 2030, a risky debt security

Banque Palatine, a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, has launched Palatine Avenir 2030, intended for investors seeking to benefit from the potential rise in the European equity market. This debt security presents a risk of capital loss if the underlying index S&P Eurozone LargeMidCap 30 Temperature Alignment Equal Weight 5% Decrement (EUR) NTR Index closes below 60% of its initial level at maturity.

Palatine Avenir 2030 is eligible for securities accounts (excluding PEA) and certain life insurance policies, with a nominal value of EUR 1,000. The subscription period runs from September 16 to December 4, 2024, for an issue date of December 19, 2024 and a maturity date of December 30, 2030.

The quarterly automatic early redemption is provided if the underlying exceeds the automatic redemption level. At maturity, the redemption could reach 142% if the underlying exceeds 100% of its initial level or 100% if the underlying is between 60% and 100%. Below 60%, investors would suffer a partial or total loss of capital.
