Banyan Gold Corp. Updates on 2024 Exploration and Wildfire Situation at AurMac Project

Banyan Gold Corp. has announced updates on its 2024 exploration program at the AurMac Project in the Mayo Mining District, Yukon. Following recent financing, Banyan now holds $18 million in its treasury, enabling expanded exploration and development programs, including 20,000 meters of drilling and comprehensive environmental programs.

Current drilling activities target the Powerline Deposit as part of a 5,000-meter drill program. An additional 15,000 meters of drilling is planned for later this year. The development of a three-dimensional geophysical model and an airborne geophysical survey are also in progress for the AurMac and Nitra properties.

Despite a wildfire alert in the Mayo area, recent rainfall has eased conditions. There have been no fires on the AurMac Property, and Banyan has implemented protective measures for its camps.
