Banyan Initiates ZTEM Geophysical Survey on AurMac and Nitra Projects

Banyan Gold Corp. ("Banyan") has commenced a helicopter-supported Z-axis Tipper Electromagnetic (ZTEM) geophysical survey on its AurMac and Nitra Projects in Yukon Territory. Conducted by Geotech Ltd., the survey covers 234 square kilometers of the AurMac project and 382 square kilometers of the Nitra project. This initiative aims to identify potential intrusions and structurally controlled mineral deposits up to two kilometers deep.

The AurMac project includes the Powerline and Airstrip deposits with a combined inferred resource of 7.0 million ounces of gold. The Nitra project, adjacent to known Cretaceous intrusions, hosts both active and historic placer gold mines. Results from the ZTEM survey will guide the 2025 drilling program, alongside existing soil geochemical samples collected between 2022 and 2024.

President & CEO Tara Christie emphasized the significance of this survey in enhancing the geological database of Banyan's holdings. The integration of ZTEM data with existing geological and geophysical information is expected to pinpoint priority drilling targets. This marks the first comprehensive survey of this district and aligns with Banyan's fully funded exploration plans for 2025.
