Bassac announces its 2024 results

Bassac has published its activity report for 2024, revealing an annual turnover of 1,404 million euros, up 8% compared to 2023. In France, sales momentum was supported by price reductions and an increase in supply, although geographical disparities remain. Internationally, the Spanish market was buoyant, despite a more difficult context in Germany.

Reservations increased by a remarkable 35% to €1,867 million. This increase was driven by increased sales activity in France and new launches in Germany. However, Zapf's garage construction business remains slow due to the weakened German real estate market.

Finally, Bassac's order book, with 2,081 million euros, ensures stable visibility on its future activities, especially abroad.
