Battery X Metals Inc., an energy transition resource exploration and technology company, has announced the resignation of Mr. Norman John Campbell from its board of directors, effective August 21, 2026. Mr. Campbell is stepping down as he transitions to a new role as a partner in an asset management firm. Post-resignation, the company's board of directors consists of four members, comprising two independent and two non-independent directors. Battery X Metals remains focused on advancing domestic battery and critical metal resource exploration, as well as developing innovative technologies.
